By accessing or using NestWorth, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use NestWorth.

These terms apply to the NestWorth website, web app, PWA, and any future app version unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

NestWorth is a personal portfolio and net worth tracking app. It helps you manually record accounts, holdings, transactions, prices, FX rates, and estimated portfolio values.

NestWorth is not a bank account aggregation service and does not require bank, brokerage, retirement account, or crypto exchange login credentials.

NestWorth is for personal portfolio tracking only. Market prices and FX rates may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or unavailable. NestWorth does not provide financial advice.

NestWorth does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice.

NestWorth does not provide brokerage, banking, exchange, custody, trading, lending, tax filing, or regulated advisory services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you enter into NestWorth.

Dashboard values, returns, charts, and calculations may be inaccurate if your entered account records, holdings, quantities, symbols, prices, balances, or transaction records are inaccurate or incomplete.

Market prices, crypto prices, FX rates, and performance calculations may be delayed, refreshed periodically, estimated, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.

NestWorth does not guarantee real-time pricing, complete market coverage, uninterrupted data availability, or exact matching with your bank, broker, exchange, fund provider, or official market source.

NestWorth may offer Free and Plus access. Plus access, billing intervals, pricing, features, and plan limits may vary by platform, availability, active subscription status, and applicable app store or payment provider rules.

For web and PWA billing, NestWorth may use Stripe Checkout, Stripe subscription billing, and the Stripe customer portal. Stripe handles payment processing according to its own terms and policies.

For iOS App Store billing, NestWorth may use Apple StoreKit for subscription purchases, restoration, management, signed-transaction verification, and subscription-status updates. Apple handles payment processing according to Apple's terms and policies.

Deleting your NestWorth account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Stripe subscription. You are responsible for managing or canceling the subscription through the applicable billing provider to avoid future renewal charges.

Free and Plus access is determined by NestWorth's backend records. Changing client settings, environment variables, local storage, or platform flags does not grant paid access.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and promptly telling NestWorth if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not access another user's account or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.

You may not use NestWorth to break the law, infringe rights, disrupt service operation, probe or attack security, scrape data without permission, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users.

You may not misrepresent NestWorth as providing financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage, banking, custody, or trading services.

NestWorth and its design, software, branding, text, and other app materials are owned by NestWorth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into your own account, subject to the rights needed for NestWorth to operate the app and provide services to you.

NestWorth may rely on third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Apple services including Sign in with Apple and StoreKit, Google sign-in where enabled, yfinance-backed provider logic, CryptoCompare, and CoinGecko for authentication, storage, billing, sign-in, market data, or related app functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, outages, data handling practices, and fees. NestWorth is not responsible for third-party services outside NestWorth's control.

NestWorth is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

NestWorth does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, compatible with every device, or available in every location.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NestWorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, investment losses, financial losses, business interruption, or reliance on app information.

Your use of NestWorth and any financial decisions you make remain your responsibility.

You can immediately delete your NestWorth login account from Settings -> Delete NestWorth account.

Account deletion is different from deleting a portfolio account or institution record. After confirmation, NestWorth immediately deletes the authentication identity and app-owned account, profile, portfolio, holding, transaction, portfolio-history, settings, entitlement, and subscription records linked to that identity.

NestWorth retains a non-identifying operational deletion record for 12 months, then automatically purges it. Isolated provider-managed backup copies may take up to seven days to age out and are not used after deletion. Active subscriptions require separate cancellation or management through the relevant payment provider.

NestWorth may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, create risk for NestWorth or others, or if continued operation is not reasonably possible.

NestWorth may update these Terms of Use as the app changes. The effective date on this page shows when these terms were last updated.

If you continue using NestWorth after updated terms become effective, you accept the updated terms.
